Email benchmarkwatcher@aulenor.com. Include the page URL and a short description of what happened. For a data question, include the benchmark or company name and the observation or filing date.
Never send your password, recovery code or AI provider key. For an account-data request, tell us your username in the email; we may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Find an answer
The Help guide explains company reports, calculations and optional AI connections. Source observations can arrive late or change; open a benchmark or report’s source link to check the original publication.
For a public bug report or feature idea, use GitHub Issues. Issues are public, so use email for account or privacy matters.
